Mike Tomlin??…Ok no lie, I definitely had to google who he was, but thats kinda irrelevant to the track. Anyway, Wale dropped some of his DC swag onto Wiz Khalifa’s Black and Yellow today and of course, named the track after the Steelers head coach. The freestyle’s pretty dope and he gives a little shout out to the Jets and the Taylor Gang.

see this is what i mean by some people need to stay underground for a reason. mixtape about nothing was his last achievement. more about nothing was trash, i don’t care what anyone says. his verse in no hands was pointless really. if he went against diggy he’d have a hard time beating him, honestly.he was hot when he was repping us in dc kept it here, but he took that same left that tabi took and lost us. he needs to sit down for like a year for real

I think Wale is always gonna be one of those rappers people (fans and his peers) have mixed views on his whole career. Some stuff he does well and then at other times it seems like he may be trying too hard. Hopefully he can come up with a winning formula before it’s too late. I support him though.
