Drake talks about his track “Light Up” which he managed to score a collabo from Jay-Z on. I was just talking to my cuz earlier about “Thank Me Later”, earlier in the year Drake made the bold statement of “a million copy’s in a week isn’t really far fetched” or something to that nature. What we where debating about is in these rough times for music sales what are the chances of Drake really selling that amount of copies? He does have a huge hype machine behind him and he did have one of the best mixtapes we’ve heard in a long time but did they wait too long to drop the album? Is his buzz still rising or leveling off? Do you think he can sell 1 million in the first week?

honestly, im not the biggest drake fan but “so far gone” was an excellent way to start things off…as far as his hype level…the jury’s still out on that. Some think he’s hot while others feel like he’s in wayne’s shadow a little bit.
